Acting to Strengthen Collaboration, Empathy & Authentic Expression

Carole Ammoun’s Theatre Corporate Training for Team Building workshops draw on the principles of acting to deepen collaboration, empathy, and authentic expression in the workplace.

Within a safe and judgement-free environment, guided exercises invite participants to step out of their comfort zones and into a discovery zone, where they rediscover how to align their efforts toward common goals.

Drawing on actor’s preparation techniques, elementary yoga practices and interactive games, Carole guides teams to explore their unique group dynamics, building on each other’s strengths, and celebrating both differences and complementarities. This enables team members to expand their collective intelligence and reconnect through a shared sense of purpose.
