Carole Ammoun’s Theatre Corporate Training for Wellbeing workshops are designed to help participants reconnect with themselves, prevent burnout, and enhance overall wellbeing in the workplace.
In a safe, judgment-free environment, participants are invited to pause, recharge, and restore their sense of presence and ease.
This bespoke, interactive workshop draws on yoga practices, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises to support both mental and physical balance, helping participants cultivate focus, resilience, and inner calm.

Half-day immersive workshops for businesses.
